For most of us buying a car is somewhere up there with a root canal or a visit from the in-laws. You get the pushy salesman, you get the back and forth with he and the "manager" with the good cop bad cop routine. Then they try to make you pay more than you should by playing with your length of payments etc etc. Then you get to the finance person who try's to sell you a warranty that "covers everything" that in essence covers very little. Well I got a little of that with Robert Larson but for the most part they were very upfront not pushy and they didn't consume an enormous amount of my time by playing these foolish games. After the sale the service department also did a great job. There was a bulb that was burnt out that was not listed on the invoice and they could have easily charged me $30 but they fixed it for free which is the "right" thing to do.
My only critique is that the salesman wasn't consistent with getting back to me after the sell..I recognize that his job is to move vehicles and that he has pressure on him to do so. My suggestion is that you turn these issues over to CS and let them deal with the customer and make call backs so that he is not burdened with it after the sell. It was far better than other salesmen I've dealt with but still can use some work.
All in all I would strongly suggest that you do business with Robert Larson. Nice job! I will be back.
