Our sales associate was okay. She gave us the lay of the land and let us check everything out. She failed to explain that when you return a bed that you have to make up the difference between the sale price you received and the cost of the "new bed" at its regular inflated price. I realize its in the paperwork but we didn't know that at the time of purchase. She said we can upgrade to a more expensive bed with in 30 days but that was the end of her explanation. Also getting charged $50 for having them make the exchange. Sorry, the bed isn't working for us. It was way more firm then the one we tried at the store. Why do you have to shaft us so bad? When I called to ask they we are being charged so much they said "that's just the way it has to be". This our second bed purchased from them. I have given this company enough of my money only to get a bad experience. I won't return. more
