Outdated from the popcorn ceilings to the truly low end cabinets & countertops. It's hard to believe the condos/rentals are only 23 years old. The sliders being opened or closed reverberate in the whole building. People do not pick up after their dogs. However if you're not by the pool or tennis court it is quiet, safe and the grounds are attractive, if not the fanciest. The pools are not heated which might be great for the snowbirds, not so great for Floridians who are used to warm water. Price is good and includes cable & internet. Some have garages for extra money.
All in all, better than most apartment complexes I've been in. Will probably stay for another year, just look for an owner who is renting a nicer unit.
