After working on our home PC for over 6 hours, I figured it was beyond my scope of knowledge. What was initially thought to be a virus, turned out to be an entire hard drive failure which resulted in a replacement. Not only did this take the master technician under a day and a half, he was honest and upfront about what the cost would be and even gave us a few bucks off. Thank you for your hard work, Sam and we will be back soon for some tweaking on our other systems! We also enjoyed meeting Roxanne. She is a cute and loving dog.~ Satisfied customer!
