I wouldn't recommend Dr. LItner for rhinoplasty and especially not for under eye fat transfer. He literally ruined my face, and proceeded to insult me when I said I wasn't happy about the outcome. I was told my nose was too wide for my face, and the procedure would include repairing the tip and narrowing the width and the fat transfer would be a natural way of filling my tear troughs under my eyes that had thinned out over the years. He never did anything about the width of my nose even though I was repeatedly told my nose was too wide for my face and it should be done, and he left me with two completely uneven eyes - one of my eyes now has a big blob of fat right by the tear trough that is completely elevated with scarring evident on my skin and the other eye has a big ledge of hard fat that protrudes from my skin and is . It looks really unnatural and has aged me extensively. When I told this to dr. Litner, he proceeded to tell me how my face was already uneven and wouldn't admit that he did poor quality work. I've been to multiple doctors since about my under eyes, and there is nothing they can do. It's pretty much permanent at this point unless I get a blepharoplasty. I'm only 38, and he ruined my face! They also overcharge. I would not recommend him. He's an arrogant person with no talent.
