Chris came out and diagnosed my problem. I had a competitor come out two days before, they replaced a part but that did not fix my problem. When they came back they told me that they might credit me with their part that did not work. So I decided to get another opinion. Chris came out and gave me some options. I decided to have the work done. I was hoping to have my problem fixed within 24 hours but Chris told me that they could have a new water heated installed in 3 hours. He called Jeremi for some help. The hot water heater was located upstairs so Chris and Jeremi had to move the old and new units using a spiral staircase. Chris installed a new 50 gallon unit where his competitor said that they could not install one that large in my condo. Chris and Jeremi had the work done in 2 hours (1 hour less than his original time estimate). Chris also gave me credit for the cost of work done by his competitor.
I highly recommend this company. I plan to call them when I am ready to replace the furnace and air conditioner
