Tony responded Monday afternoon after conferring Sunday morning with Lester and myself and determining that the necessary parts were not available to them Sunday. Tony's arrival began with his sincere apology for the 36 hours without hot showers and an assurance we were a priority. He managed to get hot water restored while we waited an additional 24 hours for parts. He was polite, informative and courteous and worked quite quickly to resolve the problem as well as troubleshoot two other issues with the unit avoiding future unplanned service needs.
