I have had an auto loan with them for 4 years. Have never been late or missed a payment. I recently tried to pay off the rest of my loan and get a new auto loan for another car and they won't consider it. They told me it was based on my credit score (which is above 650). Absurd. Worst customer service around. And they obviously don't care about helping out their cutomers. STAY AWAY. There are far better credit unions in RI. So glad I have paid my car off and I can wipe my hands of this awful place.
