My husband and I are currently renting from Davidson's and it is a hassle. They have a horrible track record of calling back. If you don't call or email 5 to 6 times it won't get fixed nor will your questions get answered. When you call the rental office the only one who has some kind of customer service is the receptionist. Every one else has such a attitude. and it really sucks because I love this house and the owners are amazing. They make simple task like getting the sink or an appliance fixed rocket science. It took us about a good 5 months or so just to get the screens fixed. Its annoying because we are military and we have NEVER been late on rent because it comes out of an allotment but our service is the worst. If we had the money to move I would move but unfortunately we don't. I wish I would have read reviews and looked at BBB even they have an F rating there before renting from them. If you do deal with them record all conversations and annotate everything they say to you. Its frustrating to be holding up your end of the deal and have them not hold up there end of the deal.
