Chad did a tankless heater flush and first-time Club inspection (plmb). He was punctual, professional, and very attentive to detail. Of course he left me with a detailed checklist of findings, but he did a really good job explaining the findings and indicating level of urgency or importance.
So far, on 3 visits everyone who has shown up here from Streamline has made a strong impression with good performance. One more next week!
