This place is ridiculously bad! Invited me in for a complimentary cut, I was excited because I just moved back to the area and wanted to find a good aveda salon. I had been a loyal Van Michaels customer, but moved an hour away.
After keeping me waiting for 45 minutes they washed my hair and left me sitting in the sink with conditioner in my hair. After an hour, I left with my hair dripping with conditioner and drove home. I could have spent that wasted hour with my family!
Don't go here, let them go quietly out of business all on their own. If they didn't have the staff to run this salon and the kids shop next door, then don't schedule appointments.
Not only did you guys lose my business, but I hope others read this and skip it!!!!
