All the people at ARS were knowledgable and friendly. They showed up on time. Additionally, they did not bump me for someone else's service needs. I really appreciated this. It has been a problem with other services, where the company cancels and reschedules 3-4 times before I get the work done. But, not with ARS. The technician was experienced and helpful. I am very pleased.
