The customer service rep called me twice the day of service to keep me updated on Keith's schedule. Keith arrived on time and was very professional, yet friendly. He did the normal service on the furnace and then told me that he had noticed we had a carbon monoxide detector but it was located too high to be the most effective. He helped me find a better location for the detector and I really appreciated his advice.
