I bought a voucher for a pedicure through Amazon Local deals, and the voucher states that appointments are required, as does Kelle's Professional Skin Care's website. I sent an email requesting an appointment through their website and never got a response so I decided to call four days later. I left a voicemail and still did not receive a response so I left another voicemail two days after that. It has now been 10 days since my first attempt to schedule an appointment and I have not heard anything. I requested a refund for the voucher, but I don't understand why they would put out a voucher to bring in business, and not bother to return the customer's calls and emails. They clearly did not care about my business so I will not waste anymore of my time and I will be sure to let my friends know not to go there.
