Just bought a new AC and heat pump unit from Airco less than two years ago. I had a ten year warranty on parts and they still charge me $900 to fix it. It took them three trips and when I showed them my initial work and warranty, then they change their story, that this was just labor. The day of the first visit, I asked the service tech and the two people on the phone that set up the repair visits, what their hourly labor charges were, and no one would tell me.
Don't use Airco.....there are more honest services out there.
