Rude staff at the registers. I'm not sure what the difference between the staff on the floor helping you find books but they are far kinder. An older blonde lady rang me up and asked for payment as I was pulling wallet out and said goodbye twice once after she handed me the receipt and again as I was putting it away. It's worth going to any other bookstore.
