All lie, they confirm a class, gave OK to book to flight and than canceled the class and when I asked them to pay for my flight as they canceled the class, from bottom to top, they said we never confirmed the class, they will do most of the work over phone like confirming me the class so that in case they cancel it you can not go back. Even the person at director level knew class was confirmed and than backed out as if he was not aware about it....BIG NO NO to NETCOM, guys look some where else, just having office in NY doesn't help if you have motto to cheat customers
