Took my car in for service and waited in my car with no attention given to me. Went in and was treated by KENT who is absolutely hating his job and customers. Gave my coupon and waited 2.45 hrs and my car want even washed and he barked for that to be done without remorse. Cut me off in mid question RE: the results of tests done on my car and NATURALLY gave me the wrong information coz he can't read my mind, can he? ABSOLUTELY HATE BENSON HONDA. Sales and service bad mouth each other (to quote: "We have nothing to do with those service guys!") obviously they hate each other and one can see why! AND THIS IS the finance manager telling TODAY that they changed management a few moths ago! WHAT?!!!
