Staff lacks on customer service 1/11/2013

Me, my husband and two friends went there for the jump start diet program. It was the second time I was there for this service and if it wasn't because I was there before I be loss on the instructions. Staff was not to good on explaining everything. Services was terrible by other staff, they did not seem how to do the translation or the appointment. It took then almost 30 minutes and 4 people to do it. One of the staff in a rude manner told me and my friend to be quite because they were giving a massage. There are professional ways to tell a customer to be quite speciality is it is spending almost $600.00 dollars. Anyway, having the massage room next to the waiting area is not a smart idea when the have 3 floors. I was charged $30 solar extra and not until I said something I was refund the money. Price are too expensive. The room where we were taken for the explanation of the program looked like a storage room with boxes and stuffs around. We have to go back after completing the program hopefully we get better service this time. more
