Owner/Judy is very bitchy... Yelling and screaming at customer, very unprofessional. She pretends to be just a worker or manager of this shop. I found out that her sister also owns Avalon Nails and Modern Nails in Easton Mall. These people are very rude owners. Avoid to be in these Nails shop if you can.
