Trust me when I say this: If a company can find a way to screw hard working employees out of certain things, they can find a way to get you too. Nexstar companies are ridiculous, I've worked for a few of them now. I have gotten out of the Nexstar ring because they all charge exorbitantly, they have incredible turnover in their offices and their "code of ethics" is garbage.
When you the owners son, whose name is Kyle, can cause a customer to call into the office to say that they were shocked that he was so rude and sounded like he couldnt care less, then you know there is a problem. The GM there doesnt understand customer service at all and his Office Manager, Pat, (provided he didnt get canned like he was constantly afraid would happen and had no problem saying something about it almost every day) is so afraid of him that he doesnt do anything without say so. This is just what happens INSIDE the company.
If you want to pay $1600+ for a 40 gal water heater, by all means, call them. If you want to have an honest and trustworthy plumber come out, call someone else and save yourself the headache.
