We are pleased to provide this customer satisfaction report on the plumbing/leak service we received today. From the initial inspection and report recommendation from Todd last week, he and his colleague Steve followed through and provided timely and expert assistance in resolving our problem. Their professionalism, attention to detail and more important, how they left the affected space upon completion of their work is extremely commendable. Hoping that we will not require plumbing services in the near future -- should that occur, we would be happy to have their services again.
