I ordered a new scooter for my girlfriend,thru kiser motorcycles and when I went to pick it up from youngbrothers maui,one key was stolen along with the manual.The shipping was their responsibility.When I contacted the salesman(RICHARD SIMMONS 808-329-9100) who I ordered it from he refused to take responsibility for it and told me I could order a new key and lock set for "72 bucks".This is bullshit.I am very angry about this.I am a manger at a company and we would never let somthing like that happen,we would get our customer a new set for free and make sure that never happens again to another client.Looks like I am not going to order my new yamaha crossplane R1 from them.We have hundreds of clients all over Hawaii and the mainland,and we will not be recommending kiser motorcycles to them at all. more
