When I first called to place an order for flowers for a family member's funeral, I was less than pleased with the initial customer service from the individual who answered (I didn't get this person's name), but after searching the web for other florists with high ratings, I kept coming back to Arlene's. So, the following day, I called again and gratefully, Amber answered. She was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions concerning the arrangement I ended up ordering. Even though I did not get to see the arrangement, it sounded as if it turned out beautiful.
