Very Dissatisfied.
Improper Diagnosis. Defective replacement parts used. Slow and inefficient. Will not work with you on price. Questionable warranty practices.
I had my vehicle at Maurice's shop 3 times in a month and never was the shop able to repair the cause of a problem. Each time my vehicle was taken into the shop it was kept for at least 2 days, even though it was dropped off first thing in the morning. I had to keep bringing the vehicle back so they could fix their mess-ups, and the original problem was never resolved! I ended up having to go somewhere else because I don't trust Maurice's in their ability to diagnose and repair correctly.
Maurice's had my vehicle for over a week all together and never fixed the problem!
