This company is a non reliable alarm monitoring company
I experienced problems with my home alarm due to a battery going dead when asked the technician about it he told me system would still work with electricity but a couple months later found that to be not true. The company should have came out to replace battery but didn't. After 6 years of not so good service due to misalarms and no one calling back or delay of return calls and also to add calling them after an hour when I was not called after a misalarm I was told by Dave he check system and call me back and after almost 2 days after no one returning my call I called back to cancel service and was told I was unable too after signing a contract more than 6 years ago for a 3 year period. Unfortunately I will not be using their service in the future and is not under any obligated contract of my knowledge.
