They do take pretty good care of their animals, I'll give them that. Their prices are pretty standard.
I really didn't appreciate the attitude the staff gave me. Everyone seemed too busy to talk to me and wouldn't listen to any of my questions. Both times I've gone in (figuring that the first time they were possibly just busy and had had a crazy day and that would explain the service), by the time I finally got a staff member to assist me, they were incredibly rude and condescending. I did not feel welcome and if I have a choice, I will not return to this establishment.
