After reading positive reviews about this practice, I decided to go there when I was pregnant with my daughter. It is a bit of a process at first but we really liked the nurse we talked with, Margret. She and most of the other nurses were great. The doctors however, treat you like pregnant is a disease and you are too stupid to know yourself or to make informed decisions. At one point Dr Mckenzie wanted to give me a vaccination that contained a lot of mercury! And they are concerned about how much tuna I eat?? Seriously?!? When I declined the vaccination, which wasn't needed for my health or the baby, I was treated with sarcasm. And was labeled in my file as an "uncooperative patient". From that tine on, my visits were increasingly difficult. Culminating in ten days before my due date the doctor wanted to induce labor for a minor, non threading issue. When I declined, and said I'd monitor the situation over the weekend and let her know on Monday how I was doing she resorted to scare tactics! My baby was born the following Sunday, 1hr and 45 min after being admitted and was completely healthy. Dr Bass delivered and treated me well, until I saw him 8 weeks later when he had absolutely no time for me, must have read my file! Bottom line, if you want to be in control of your pregnant and not go along with every ridiculous thing they want, this is NOT the practice for you.
