I have NEVER written a review before for a doctor's office. I was so appalled by the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff, I felt I had to write one. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I could actually talk to a secretary, who was very nice when she did come on the phone. She squeezed me in within 2 days when I explained how much pain I was in. There was an emergency that came up the day of my scheduled appointment, which I understand. All of the doctors are in training so I was already driving over an hour to the only location that had an appointment. I asked to get in within the same day or even week in ANY of there locations and was told they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. When I explained the amount of pain I was in and how I would most likely be in the emergency room within 2 weeks, I was told I had 2 choices. "Go to the Emergency Room or talk to one of our nurses." To which I promptly replied I would be finding a new doctor. UNBELIEVABLE!
