We are just about to finish the framing of our home that has taken 1 1/2 months and should have taken 10 days. The subcontractors that Tilson has hired have done crappy work so far. The Tilson supervisor is only aware of issues because we bring it to his attention, NOT because he is actually supervising the job and his contractors. We are very frustrated with the process so far. The Tilson way is to hire the cheapest contractor to do crappy work and no accoutability.
