I had a service appointment with American Plumbing. This is a horrible company. They called me one time and left a message. I called them minutes later, no answer. I called back at least a half a dozen times and received no response. I left numrous messages concerning the need for service. I had water in my basement. I called again the next day, Saturday mid day. Wouldn't you know the same witch answered the phone and never appologized once for not returning any of my calls. She was very snotty and Hung up on me twice. She then took her phone off the hook. She claimed she was the owner. Very unprofessional! I would never use this company. This supposed owner needs lessons in customer service.
