On July 6, 2012 our child travelled on Suburban Express from Champaign to Chicago,
100 degree plus heat and no air. Bus driver repeatedly told students the air would
take a while, halfway to Chicago with passengers sweating and not feeling we'll, a student
checked out controls himself and found the air was not on! Inexcusable, as passengers
repeatedly told driver how hot and uncomfortable the bus was. The driver lied to
them over and over. Dangerous and unsafe!
