Paul Holt / PJH landscaping is a scam artist. He had a blank slate with a defined contract at our house. He took 22,000....yes, that's Twen-two THOUSAND dollars, ripped up our yard and left it in a not only incomplete but unsafe state . Out of six retaining walls, 3 patios, a walkway and digging for a pool NOTHING is complete. He rented equipment to prep the yard, ripped everything up creating unstable hills and leaving decks that were secured in that land completely unstable and took off.
