The office was always behind schedule. On multiple occasions I waited 45 mins to an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Almost every time I waited at least 15 mins past my appointment. They try to fit 3 people in every 15 min. time slot - it doesn't work. I saw Dr. Bly for almost 10 months and didn't have any improvement. I was actually feeling worse. After asking the Dr. if it was normal for me to have been going for so long and still not feel better, I was told no. Only then was it suggested that maybe I have some other testing done at my regular doctor office. The front desk staff is very friendly, but the Dr. will just push you through as quick as possible to get to the next patient. I wish I lived closer to my previous chiropractor!
