I was very pleased with the service today. Steve Lee was the Service Specialist that came to our hime. He was very clear and explained evrything as he proceeded in evaluating and servicing our central air conditioning unit. He was very polite and professional and I would definately use Cranney again because of Steve. In fact I would request him for future services. Cranney is very lucky to have Steve on their team.
