Last week Ray Panzer from Art Plumbing & A/C came to our home and did a complete check of our sprinkler system which was a mess of different heads, some working poorly or not at all, some leaning at strange angles, some covering the street or our neighbor's lawn. You know the stuff that happens when you're not paying attention to things outside your home until the lawn dies. After talking with my husband about the suggested remedies and cost (which was reasonable), we decided to wait until the end of the month so that the cost would better fit into our budget. When I explained this to Ray, he arranged to have the work done today and payment delayed until July 1. Thank You. He and his helper showed up on time and went right to work. When finished he took me through each sprinkler zone to show me how well all areas of our yard are now covered. I was extremely pleased with the work. We are signing up for a quarterly maintenance agreement for $37.95 a month and anytime there is a problem (lawn guy chops off sprinkler head or whatever) Ray will come out and take care of it. He will also come out 4 times a year and do a complete check. Thank you again.
