I have a bad experience with them. Friend of mine told me about this company, I went ahead called them without too much research. What a mistake ! they scheduled me for 9 am to 12 pm installation. My first thought is that the 3 hour window is kind of long, but if they can show up, I am ok.
No one showed up or called during this time. I got a call at 12:18 pm from installer telling me he is 40 minutes away. I told him NO. I called the company and tell them if they can install it next day, i will be fine. I get refused by them with bunch of excuses. I am disappointed with this kind of poor customer care.
All in all, I feel this company is not customer oriented, it can't offer the decent customer service. I am seriously doubtful about the good reviews from BBB or Angie's list.
I want to do business with a company honor their commitment and take care of their customer if it made mistake.
