I needed a plumber and quickly. Thanks to the Pittsburgh Yellow Pages, I was able to find a Roto-Rooter plumber with no trouble. The dispatcher in Sharpsburg sent Ken B. out within the hour. Ken was professional, friendly but steady to the job, efficient, willingly to share information about what he was doing so I could understand it, neat, thorough -- everything you would want a plumber handling your stopped up kitchen sink to be. Ken left with me knowing what to do to prevent future problems and what to do if we had one. And, the price was reasonable. I am grateful to Roto-Rooter for sending me a very capable plumber quickly.
