I bought a Groupon for 3 massages. I have called now 18 times for an appt and each time I am told nothing is available. I maybe could understand this if I was asking for a weekend appt, but I can't even get an appt on Tues, Wed, or Thurs during the middle of the day. When I have commented about this I have been told that a therapist is sick or on vacation. There is always some excuse. I have never stepped foot in the place and apparently never will given their level of response. I am requesting my money back from Groupon as clearly I will never get an appt.
