A very bad title company. They do not know lots of things. They are panic when they talk. When i call them, they do not respond even after a week. Having that the closing gets very delay. Usually they do not want a respond any phone call, they respond after a week by email, where email is not clear. More importantly, they do not know what they are talking, bringing stuffs which makes confused the lender. I would not recommend this title company at all.
