Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday, 45 minutes after 9:30 I call to ask what is going on. The person says "I will be there in 45 minutes" 1 hour 30 minutes later I call and ask ETA? He says Im 3.4 miles away, 45 minutes later he arrives. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Once the technician arrived he said it was my fault for buying a livingsocial deal, and that I shouldn't even be scheduled. Besides the horrible customer service, and the lack of time management. The cleaning service was awful, the technician was in and out in less than 20 minutes for 600 sq. ft, and the carpets are still soiled. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY go with a more trusted source.
