My opinion: I never thought this could happen to me. I used to read reviews and think that it depends on the parent and the relationship they build with the directors and the rest of the staff. I tried but when the Associate director decided to voice her opinion and yell at me in front of my children and the other staff I said get our things we are out of here.
Never judge a book by its cover; totally true. Our interview process was with the assistant Director Nina (great girl- only there for 2 months of so) and then I met Melody and Sharon. Let me tell you my intuition was right. I had my kids there for 2 ½ weeks and from day one I felt something was off.
All they want is your money, once you’re in the door and the papers are signed there attitude changes. I have no doubt that the good comments on all the reviews were done by the staff themselves. I see no normal parent who would write anything good about the school or the directors. I will say that some of the teachers were nice, but with the treatment of the directors there is no wonder why there is such a turnaround time of their employment. Horrible Experience and on top of that they kept my Security deposit of over 1000 and refuse to give it back.
