Client has a sign that they want to treat you like family. When I sent an email to them about a bad experience their only concern was not my concerns but did I still want to do the deal. Had to explain my concern three times to three different people. Their Used Car Manager and Internet Manager who had authority over my deal had to ask the GM for a $100.00 adjustment above their authority to adjust it $60.00. In light if over three days of concerns and conversation the total they wanted to adjust the deal for only $160.00 what a joke. more
