I understand situations arise and not everyone will have the same experiences at any business. However, let me share my experience with Tutor Time. My child has been attending since she was an infant. She is now in the two year old room. For two years, these teachers have watched my child, and treated her like their own. She has developed and learned so much. Every morning, we are greeted warmly and you can just see the love the staff has for my child and every child that walks in the building. Have there been issues? Of course. No place is perfect. Find me a perfect place or a perfect person. The bottom line is they care, they are clean, they are professional, and they are honest. If there are problems. the parents know immediately and the problems get fixed. If my child has an incident, I am made aware. I trust them. If I didn't, my child would not be there five days a week. The administration goes above and beyond to make every family feel at ease, sending email communications and calling to let us know how our children are. We receive pictures. We receive artwork. I have so much artwork from her being there for almost two years now. I can decorate my entire house with how much she has done. This is a great learning institution and I would recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for care, this is the place. Your child will be cared for. Your child will learn. Your child will be loved.
