My cat had an appointment at the Ottawa location this morning. He was given a bath, comb, minor trim & nail clip in half in hour, and I was charged $50 not including tip!!! It was in the low 40's this morning with 25 to 35 mph winds, and they didn't even blow dry him! Hopefully he won't catch a cold. The only positives I can offer are that he smells nice and looks fluffy. Unfortunately, my first impression of this place is not a good one, and I will not be offering them my business again.
