Arrived home late one night during the week recently to a leaking hot water heater. Called Sanford Temperature Controls and was immediately contacted by a company representative.Was contacted again first thing in the AM to schedule replacement that day. Technicians (Matt and Alex) arrived very timely, were very courteous, professional and provided a standard of service rarely seen these days. I especially like the little red disposable booties they wear, to avoid tracking mud, dirt, etc. in the house-nice touch!
