I looked for six months to find a fully loaded 2011 Kia Sorrento. Weseloh was the ony dealer within a 60 miles radius with an EX models in their inventory. I called and was greeted by Jeannine Philips. She was amazing. She was very responsive and easy to reach, by text and phone. She gave great advice and worked with me on price and financing. The car was missing some accessories when i took delivery and she went out of her way to deliver them to me. She granted all my simple requests, including an oil change and recall warranty work that needed to be done before we bought it.
The only reason that Weseloh doesn't get 5 stars is because of the internet sales department. The car was listed with an automatically EVO entertainment system and it did not have it, it had more miles than were listed and there were no photos online, only a photo of the car that was a stock photo and was a different color.
Just make sure you check that the vehicle has all the features you expect it oo. Thanks!
