Dr. Bizer's in Elizabethtown is ALWAYS busy! So if this is an understood fact to anyone who has been there, then it should most likely be understood to the people who work there! Why do they never have enough staff to handle the volume? I went in for a contact fitting and waited two hours before I was seen. Then they tell me that my contacts will take 10 days to come in and it has now been 22 DAYS and still NO CONTACTS! Everytime I call to find out what is going on there is no one who can help or who even seems to care. It is just poor business and this company needs to employ more people! They obviously bring enough money in, and there are so many people who need work! FIGURE IT OUT!!
