I purchased a new vehicle in 12/09 and another one in 11/11. The sales and finance personnel were wonderful. They strive to do everything to satisfy the customer even as far as delivering paperwork to the customers location. Both vehicles were detailed and spotless prior to my taking delivery. The vehicles were delivered as scheduled with no wait when I arrived. The finance manager was very efficient in completing the paperwork in a timely manner. I also use the service department for all preventative maintainence and repairs. I have never had a problem with my service advisor. My only dissatisfaction with the service department would be that for oil changes and tire rotation the wait is sometimes more lengthy than I like or have time for but that's because Royal Honda gives good customer service, does excellent work and has lots of customers. This only indicates that the dealership is good since it is always so busy in the service dept. Over all I'm completely satisfied and would never purchase or have my vehicle service at any other dealership.
