Other: This store was my only source of wedding stress. I was talked into buying "off the rack" because I thought I was getting a good deal (until I did more comparison shopping). There were repairs needed to the dress, but we were assured that they would be done easily and the dress would be cleaned. When we went to check on the progress we saw that the repairs had been done with silver beads (the other beads on the dress were white)! We had to have them redo the repairs (this took 2 months).
